A site suitability investigation is required for planning permission in the case of house where by it is not possible to discharge directly into a public sewer. In this situation options range from septic tanks to more modern forms of waster water treatment.
The site suitabilty investigation will determine which options best suit your site. Once the percolation test is completed we will be able to specify a waste water system that will work for both you and the local environment.
All site suitability assessments must be carried out in accordance SR6 procedures.
The test may also require the supply of a digger and water.
If you need a S.S.A carried out please feel free to contact us.
